Best Usages Of Bioflu: What You Need

The pains are warning signals sent by our bodies. They warn us of the presence of real injuries and physical or psychological symptoms.

The Origin of Pain

Pain sensors, called nociceptors, are found throughout the body. They transmit the pain sensation in the form of an electrical signal to the brain. The relationship to pain is therefore unique. This is why the global assessment of the pain felt is the essential prerequisite for its management.

Different Kinds of Pain

The National Agency for Accreditation and Assessment in Health (ANAES) has defined different pain assessment methods. The assessment scales are presented next to the professional recommendations. In general, the pain intensity is evaluated using a numerical scale varying from 0 to 10. However, its use must take into account the patient’s self-evaluation capacities and his age.

The First Level Pain

The standard features of level I pain relievers are that they are effective in most painful, painful situations, are relatively safe, and some are over-the-counter. These are the ones that we use in self-medication for our little everyday pains. This does not mean that they are devoid of undesirable effects, and any prolonged use without result (more than a few days) must imperatively lead to consulting a doctor.

  • A headache, painful periods, muscle pain, joint pain, or even toothache?
  • How to relieve pain and with what?

Indeed, a large number of painkillers or analgesics are available in pharmacies without a prescription, and the choice can be complex to relieve pain quickly. Also, to calm the pain without taking any risks, it is essential to choose your anti-pain treatment according to your type of pain and your state of health: explanations!

Some pains are low to moderate intensity and have a location with an identifiable origin: they are then pains that are candidates for self-medication and are most often nociceptive pains. On the contrary, other pains can be symptomatic of a more serious illness and should be the subject of a consultation.

When to consult?

It is advisable not to take charge of your pain yourself when it:

  • is intense and suggests a serious illness,
  • occurs suddenly and unexpectedly like a pain squeezing the chest violently,
  • comes back repeatedly and without apparent causes, the pain must give way to appropriate treatment,
  • Other symptoms accompany other signs such as feeling generally unwell, high fever, unusual swelling of the painful area, or decreased strength in an arm or leg.

Never take treatment without medical advice in case of severe kidney, liver, or heart disease. Likewise, a known risk of bleeding (hemorrhagic disease or taking anticoagulant treatment) constitutes a contraindication to taking analgesics in self-medication.
